1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kaj9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kaj9.app and all associated services, products, software, and content offered by kaj9.

By registering an account on kaj9, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the kaj9 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino play, slot gaming, racing, and specialty game formats.

kaj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a platform notification. Continued use of the kaj9 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

1.1 Platform Availability

kaj9 operates as an online gaming platform accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. No software download is required to access the platform. kajv9 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

kaj9 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform for players in any jurisdiction at any time, without prior notice, if required by applicable law or operational necessity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the kaj9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kaj9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had a kaj9 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kaj9 or any of its gaming provider partners.

2.1 Age Verification

kaj9 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by kaj9 support will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

If you become aware that a person under the age of 18 is accessing the platform using your account or device, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will act swiftly on any report.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games and betting markets on kaj9, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to eligible players in Bangladesh. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, with any bonus winnings forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity. kaj9 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time, including name, address, date of birth, and payment method ownership.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kaj9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any action taken on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any third party — is your sole responsibility. kaj9 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to secure your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, kaj9 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on registered accounts at any time. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted from withdrawal until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the kaj9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kaj9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kaj9 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your gaming balance within 60 seconds in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. kaj9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

kaj9 reserves the right to refuse, hold, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on kaj9 are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are completed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. kaj9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All gaming activity on kaj9 is conducted in BDT. There is no currency conversion required for Bangladeshi players. Prices, odds, winnings, and balances are all displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all monetary amounts on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kaj9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in English in the promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 across eligible games before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Racing and specialty games may have varying contribution rates.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on the kaj9 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit the wagering requirement without genuine gaming activity (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts).
• Collaborating with other players to artificially complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems, promotional communications, or game software.

Where bonus abuse is identified, kaj9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses credited to your account have a validity period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kaj9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaj9 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access the platform using another player's credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via kaj9.
• Using the platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or game engines.
• Using proxies, VPNs, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions placed on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward kaj9 staff or other platform users.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal platform operation.

Where any of the above prohibited conduct is identified, kaj9 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the relevant period, withhold any associated winnings, immediately suspend or permanently close the account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

kaj9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player voluntarily requesting self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Requirements imposed by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their kaj9 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kaj9 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kaj9 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity treatment to your account. Real-money balances held in inactive accounts will be preserved and remain accessible upon reactivation. Bonus balances in inactive accounts will be forfeited after 90 days of inactivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaj9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Errors in odds display or game outcome presentation caused by technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by payment providers in connection with your transactions on kaj9.

Nothing in these Terms limits kaj9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Platform Availability Disclaimer

kaj9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and fully functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses caused by planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including network failures, acts of God, or government-imposed restrictions on internet access in Bangladesh).

8.2 Game Outcome Finality

All game outcomes on the kaj9 platform are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time dealer activity streamed from secure studio environments. All settled bets and completed game rounds are final. kaj9 will not reverse settled results except in cases of a demonstrable technical malfunction that materially affected the game outcome, as determined solely by kaj9 in consultation with the relevant game provider.

8.3 Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your kaj9 account, game outcomes, payment processing, or these Terms, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat inside your account or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt. Response times during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically under one hour.
